William Minter is a leading US specialist on the souther African region, and on Angola and Mozambique in particular. His experience includes teaching at a secondary school of the Mozambique Liberation Front in Tanzania and Mozambique in the 1960s and 1970s, and work with the Anti-Apartheid Movement in the US. He is currently the Associate Director for Education at the Washington Office on Africa and a visiting scholar at the School of International Service, the American University. |
