Abstract of Briefing
Title:Sudan:The IGADD Peace Process
Location:Vol.22 No.63 (March 1995), pp137-138
The international community appears to have become so accustomed to the notion that African political initiatives need not be taken seriously, that the IGADD peace process on Sudan has already been pronounced dead by some. This premature pronouncement has come about as a result of the Khartoum regime's propaganda which is insistent that the regime will no longer play a part in the IGADD process.
