As such it reflects all the strengths and shortcomings of that perspective, and is important for those concerned to keep abreast of efforts to incorporate environmental concerns in economic planning and development. The book is well referenced and equations and economic models are located in appendices to avoid congesting the text or deterring the non-specific reader.
