In ROAPE 32 (see link below) we published a critique of the present regime in Ghana by Zaya Yeebo. We had intended to offer an alternative critique by Yao Graham as well, as a contribution to the ongoing debate about the direction being taken by the Rawlings government. Lack of space and the need for more writing time forced us to postpone Yao Graham's contribution until this issue, but we hope it will be read alongside Zaya Yeebo's piece. Below is a shortened version of Graham's article.
