Guidelines for Contributors

This Review will publish significant documents which relate to the problems of Africa. We welcome for publication topical or important policy statements, though we should make clear from the outset that we also welcome constructive criticism of such statements and trust that in the ensuing Debates, there will be an exchange of ideas and experience leading to greater ideological clarity.
